This beautiful modern villa, located in a quiet area, is ideal for a family stay.

At 5 minutes walk from the large beach of Les Lecques, it will meet the expectations of both children and adults. Its numerous facilities, swimming pool, barbecue, ping pong, relaxation area, landscaped garden, petanque, will allow you to fully enjoy your vacations by the sea.

You will be able to park your vehicles and take advantage of the nearby shops.

You will have a villa of 115m2 fully air-conditioned, composed of 3 bedrooms, one with television, a bathroom with Italian shower and a large living room with open kitchen directly overlooking the terrace and pool.

In order to secure the access to the pool, it is equipped with a rigid cover.

In the garden there are many spaces to relax around the pool or enjoy an aperitif with friends.

Animals are accepted however, this is limited to animals under 10kg. Moreover, there is a day under the gate which could allow the smallest of them to escape. We therefore thank you for consulting us if you are thinking of coming with your little companion.

Finally, the house is not equipped with a baby bed, but you will have the possibility to rent one from the Conciergerie. In this case, please inform us as soon as possible.
